Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries about our products, services, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and support processes.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and relevant updates to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Able to work well in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is preferred.
- Dynamic personality with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered.
